With the launch of the ‘TOP CLEAN’ range of aluminium entrance mats in 1990, GEGGUS set a new benchmark for premium entrance matting systems. Since then, these high-performance mats have been installed in thousands of building entrances worldwide.
Handmade by our experienced team in Germany, every Top Clean mat features a unique ‘open structure’ which reduces the amount of dirt and moisture being tracked into a building, by trapping it in the matwell recess below.
Both options therefore deliver outstanding performance, ensuring that your entrance area remains clean and safe to create that all important, lasting first impression.
The key differences lie in the areas of sound insulation and profile thickness.
TOP CLEAN CLASSIC: Standard Entrance Matting
Providing exceptional value, our standard Top Clean CLASSIC mats feature a polyethylene foam adhered to the underside of the aluminium profile to provide effective sound insulation, with a 1.2mm profile making the mat suitable for traffic levels through a typical entrance area.
TOP CLEAN TREND: Premium Entrance Matting
Our premium Top Clean TREND range builds on the proven properties of the CLASSIC mats, with a highly effective grooved rubber incorporated into the underside of the aluminium profile to deliver outstanding sound insulation and impact absorption. The grooved rubber also ensures that moisture is removed reliably in the recessed matwell.
With a 1.5mm thick aluminium wall thickness, the Top Clean TREND range is also perfect for high footfall commercial applications, with the robust aluminium profile making it a robust, high-performance matting solution for heavily trafficked areas.
